President, CEO, Facilitator
With a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Lewis University and a Dual Master’s Degree in Organizational Development and Evangelism from Wheaton College, Calvin seamlessly integrates his expertise in business, faith, and leadership to inspire meaningful change in the lives of those he serves. He also volunteers as the treasurer for the Morning Star Mission Board of Directors.
A published author and community advocate, Calvin has coached and mentored countless business leaders, general managers, educational administrators, superintendents, corporate executives, parents and students over his many years in industry and ministry. His book, The Panther at the Cross, captures his personal journey through challenges of race, faith, and identity, offering a powerful message of hope and transformation.

Regional VP, Facilitator
Keith Winfrey is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in business development, IT leadership, and healthcare management. Holding a Master’s Degree in Health Service Administration and a strong foundation in Clinical Psychology, Keith has a proven track record of leveraging innovative digital solutions to drive organizational growth and improve healthcare outcomes. His notable career highlights include serving as Senior Director of Business Development at AllianceChicago, where he led transformative digital technology initiatives, enhanced operational efficiency, and expanded professional services. Additionally, Keith has played a pivotal role in health equity initiatives through his work with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) leadership alliance.
Beyond his corporate achievements, Keith has shared his knowledge as an Adjunct Professor at the University of St. Francis since 2007, teaching subjects such as Ethics, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Strategic Planning. A published author and active community leader, Keith serves as a Community Trustee for Silver Cross Hospital and has held leadership roles at organizations such as the University of St. Francis and Easter Seals. His dedication to fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence has made him a respected thought leader in healthcare, technology, and business development.

Regional VP, Facilitator
Randy L. Winfrey is a Certified Training Professional with over 35 years of experience in the manufacturing and petrochemical industries. Renowned for his expertise in program development, regulatory compliance, and training facilitation, Randy has dedicated his career to optimizing performance, enhancing safety, and aligning organizational practices with OSHA and industry standards. Currently, he serves as an instructor for the Three Rivers Manufacturing Association (TRMA), delivering comprehensive safety training programs, and as an Adjunct Instructor at Joliet Junior College, where he prepares students for successful careers in the petrochemical field.
Randy is a certified NSC Defensive Driving Course Instructor, specializing in collision prevention techniques and interactive training for young drivers. His career includes notable roles such as Training Coordinator at Flint Hills Resources and Training & Development Specialist at IOI Loders Croklaan, where he developed SOPs, safety programs, and operational training. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for mentoring, Randy Winfrey continues to make a significant impact in the fields of safety training, education, and workforce development.

Corporate Counsel, Facilitator
Melanie McNeely is an accomplished legal professional with a robust background in real estate and corporate law, serving as Operations and Leasing Counsel at Bridge33 Capital, and previously as In-House Counsel at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, McDonald’s Corporation, and Thompson Hine LLP. With a JD from John Marshall Law School and a BA in Political Science from Spelman College, Melanie brings a wealth of expertise and a strategic perspective to her role as a management course facilitator. Her experience navigating complex legal landscapes and leading corporate negotiations equips her with unique insights and practical knowledge to guide aspiring professionals in their development, making her an invaluable asset in the field of management education.

Curriculum Creation and Design
Shauna Masokas is a seasoned professional with over ten years of experience in customer service within the manufacturing industry. She spent six years as a Senior Member Services Representative, where she developed a deep understanding of client needs, service solutions, and problem resolution. Building on this foundation, Shauna transitioned into an Instructional Design Coordinator role, where she created and implemented training programs to enhance employee performance and productivity.
In addition to her extensive customer service and instructional design experience, Shauna has nine years of expertise in wedding and corporate event planning. This diverse background has enabled her to manage complex projects, meet tight deadlines, and ensure flawless execution, all while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Known for her strong work ethic, time management skills, and problem-solving abilities, Shauna is self-motivated and thrives in fast-paced environments. She excels in conflict resolution, works effectively with teams, and is always eager to take on leadership roles to drive success.

Jeff Rutter is a seasoned professional in labor relations and training, previously leading as the Labor Relations Manager at CITGO Petroleum’s Lemont Refinery. His extensive experience includes roles such as Contract Trainer and Curriculum Developer at Priority Staffing, where he specialized in crafting training modules tailored to diverse workforce needs. Jeff holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree, equipping him with deep theoretical knowledge and practical expertise in his field. His background in developing and implementing strategic training programs makes him an exceptional facilitator for management courses, where he helps professionals cultivate advanced skills in negotiation, communication, and effective management.

Ceila Quarles is a dynamic professional who has carved a niche for herself in the field of instructional design. Alumni of Columbia College Chicago, Ceila majored in Business with a focus on Design, blending her passion for creativity with strategic thinking. Currently serving as the VP of Curriculum Creation & Design for the Management Training and Development Association, she leads a talented team dedicated to creating innovative curriculum resources. Under her guidance, the team develops impactful training materials that enhance the learning experience for both staff and attendees, championing effective management training and professional development. Ceila’s unique combination of skills and leadership continues to drive excellence in the field.
